I have had the pleasure of creating performance-boosting training programs for the past 14 years. I enjoy learning new technologies, leading teams, developing curriculums, and creating content to support company goals. I foster a teamwork attitude and always aim for the bullseye.

My favorite quote by Albert Einstein is one I remind myself with each project:

“If I had an hour to solve a problem, I’d spend 55 minutes thinking about the problem and 5 minutes thinking about the solutions. ”

It is human nature to want to jump in a start working quickly towards the goal, especially when there are tight timelines. I find that the time spent to really dig in and uncover the true problem, leads to hitting targets quickly.

I have leveraged various learning technologies to enhance training effectiveness, including LMS systems, content creation systems, and AI. These technologies make work more accessible, efficient, and engaging, allowing my team to collaborate on projects and achieve elevated and accurate results.
