I love learning and I love sharing that passion with teams. Over the past 14 years, I have had the pleasure of inspiring teams to create performance-boosting training programs, design engaging content, and improve efficiency. I have most enjoyed figuring out new technologies, promoting teamwork, developing curriculums, and creating content to support company goals. When I am not coaching others, I continue to invest in coaching for myself to keep things fresh and exciting.

Dream it
Creating successful teams motivates me. People require safety to share ideas and safety is built on trust. I nurture team relationships through active listening and showing compassion which in turn produces motivation.
Build it
I have leveraged various learning technologies to enhance training effectiveness, including LMS systems, content creation systems, and AI. These technologies make work more accessible, efficient, and engaging, allowing my team to collaborate on projects and achieve elevated and accurate results.
